My experience was courteous and expedient. I recommend Christian's professionalism.
We were on a trip from Texas to California where we had a tire blow out just east of Gallup New Mexico. We called Firestone to see if they had our tire size and spoke to Lewis. He had the tire in stock and was able to get it mounted and installed and checked the rest of our tires to make sure we were good to go the rest of our trip. Thank you very much for taking good care of us. I highly recommend this store!

I wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars. I was passing through Gallup on my way to Colorado and my car’s serpentine belt exploded. They helped me get back on the road as quickly as possible and couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly in the process. If your vehicle needs help in Gallup, go see them first!
