Go somewhere else. Ordered some wheels from Tire Rack and had them sent to Firestone, as this was the only installer that tire rack offered in our area. Upon arrival, I was told that Firestones corporate policy states that they have to put new tires on with any new wheels. I’m extremely picky when it comes to my car, and I rarely let anyone work on it. But Johnny, the technician at Firestone in Brandon, has my complete confidence. I would let him work on my car with my eyes closed. He is incredibly thorough and detailed, and he takes the time to explain any issues clearly if you’re unsure. Johnny is the only person I trust to work on my car—hands down, an amazing technician Also the store manager is very sweet and friendly. Amazing crew. Definitely recommend.
