My survey reflects the lack of professionalism, misleading, advertisements, and lack of knowledge from employees. I brought my vehicle to Firestone for A /c service check up. The employee told me that that check up is not adequate for my issues of the AC blowing warm and I needed to do an evac and recharge . 1) Scheduled an appointment, showed up for the appointment, I was the only person in the lobby. I was told that it would be at least several hours before they would start on the scheduled job, implying that many other jobs would be prioritized first. That’s not necessarily a problem - the problem is if an appointment doesn’t mean anything, then don’t offer appointments - just say it’s only first-come first-served if that’s what it is.
