If 0 stars were available as a choice, I'd select it. Countless visits with multiple cars where this shop finds thousands wrong and the car comes out making more noises than it did when it went in. Many times we've had to take the car back so they could repair their own work. On March 1, we took a car in for tire rotation and oil change; simple tasks for most shops right? Quick & Free! There was a small screw in one of my tires. I came in without an appointment and waited less than 30 minutes for the repair. Best of all there was no charge!
Josh and Steven were an absolute blessing tonight. This shop closes at 7p and I arrived on a very flat tire at 6:46p. The tire was not repairable but they got me in a new tire and back on the road in record time. I really appreciate them taking amazing care of me, without an appointment and during closing time. My wife’s car was starting to have issues turning over, and seemed very much like a classic case of the battery needing to be changed. She took it in as it was close to home, had them inspect it, and they came back saying the battery and alternator needed to be replaced. I called my dealer and they referenced, “We get these calls all the time…”.
