Gave me a $2000 quote to completely replace my air conditioner Which they claimed was completely not working. Took it to another place and all they had to do was recharge it for $200. They tried to rip me off
Got to the store at 6pm. Walked in needing a battery terminal replaced. They were able to fit me right in, I waited in the lobby & watched Food Network. Time passed quickly & in less than an hrs I was leaving! The time it took & charges were reasonable.
I made it clear from the beginning that I needed a shop that could install tires on restored, powder-coated wheels without causing damage. Despite having an appointment, I waited over two hours before they even began, only to then be told that their touchless mounting machine was broken. This was never mentioned upfront. The manager, Mark, was misleading throughout the process. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t trust this shop with high-end or delicate work.
Showed up when the store opens at 8:00 pouring rain outside. Door was still locked the guy is sitting there on the computer watching me standing outside in the rain. I give him a minute until I knock on the window and he tells me to wait. Bad customer service. You see me out in the rain like his clicking on the computer couldn't wait.
