been going here for about a year always did a good job until today they said they couldn’t get my drain plug off and didn’t want to strip it, great but they were the last people to touch it…instead of fixing their mistake they wanted to charge me $180 to rethread it or pay over $1000 dollars to replace my oil pan for THEIR mistake…will not be going back after this.

I went in to repair my alternator. My car wasn't fixed. Instead he gave me a new battery and my car stopped driving.
Needed a new battery. Called a few places and Firestone was the only one with a good battery for my car. Called and the front desk said to come on in. Waited on a couple of cars and they installed my battery. I had a squeak that wasn't fixed at the dealership. The front desk said it might be something other than what the dealership thought. Told me his top mechanic could check it out. They used a coupon that saved me some money for the baty. I went home and called to have them check on my squeak.
