The shop was very busy, yet they got me in the next day. I'm a retired Ford technician. So, I watched through the window with professional interest as the service tech worked on my truck. Made delivery for work
Scammed by Mark at the front desk. Also called me a liar and said he talked to me when I dropped the car off when I know for a fact I didn’t. Kept telling me he quoted me the price but never once was I expecting to pay $160 for diagnostic test after telling me he couldn’t fix the problem and then said he doesn’t even know what caused the pcm to go bad.
