I cannot say enough about the kindness, compassion and efficiency of the staff. I needed new tires about 1.5 hours into a 14-hour drive. I'd already been to two broken air machines, an auto parts store, and a tire place that didn't have my tires in stock. I've never needed new tires before and didn't even know what to do. It was very hot out, and I had my cat and a freezer bag with refrigerated meds with me. I called Firestone and they told me to come right over and they'd take care of us. This was such a seemless process and the crew was very professional :) I will be back !!
Blew out tandem duals 6 hours from home, discount tire wouldn't help me out, called Firestone, was able to get me in in a pinch and got me back on road, Manager Mark made it happen , very knowledgeable and helpful staff all pulled together and got me up and going quickly. Thanks for your services and a special thanks to staff.
