Easily set appointment online. Was greeted with enthusiasm, and tire change over went perfectly and quickly. Very fair price charged IMO.
Garrett provides great customer service. He has helped us with inspections on our used car purchases and kept us from getting stuck with a piece of of course they always try to upsell, that's their job but they're not pushy if you don't want a service. Plan to drop off if you can.

Had an appointment for wheel alignment.. 3 hours later I'm still waiting.. Lazy technicians..
Was in a pinch with a trip scheduled and needed and alignment to be able to drive vehicle safely. Garrett squeezed me in last minute on a Saturday and didnt have to do that. All other local shops were either closed or wouldnt help out. They were able to get everything squared away. In about 2 hours. Their technician even shared some info with me to prevent a situation like this as well. All in all great experience.
