Went in for an alignment and they tried upselling me telling me I needed sway bat links. LOL! Just replaced them less than 12 months ago. A torn sway bar link grease boot with NO play doesn’t constitute needing replaced. Sway bar links are suspension not steering. They said they did the alignment, I literally watched them and didn’t adjust the inner tie rods to adjust the toe. Darin the “tech” just bumped the wheels/tires and hit save on the alignment machine. Leighton was the best! He helped me understand the issue my car was having and how they fixed it and was just an overall nice guy! I definitely recommend coming to this Firestone for your car troubles, especially speaking to Leighton!
