My son scheduled an appointment on 8/17 to have his vehicle addressed with issues regarding brakes and tires. The appointment was at 9am. We left the vehicle and went and had breakfast. Mr. Josh called my son and asked that he and I return to the shop. Wanted over $3k to do 4 tires a strut and 2 rotors and brake pads!! I got home to do the repair on the lower control arm, strut, and the tierods that they suggested and I couldn't even get the tire off bc the lights were torqued too high👎👎 also took them over 2 hours to do an alignment and balance which included a tire rotation that they never did. Highly dissatisfied with the carelessness and the price of the work. Also checked the pads and rotors when I got home and they seemed to be fine
