Very good staff. Phillip, the manager is very honest. I thought there was an issue with my brakes. Phillip and Travis had me in the shop to look at the brakes and nothing needed to be done. Another time I thought I needed a new battery, and Phillip checked and said mine was done in 2024 so everything was ok. In both instances, they were honest. I could have been charged for something I didn't need, and I'd never know the difference. Honesty with cars is very important.
1. They replaced the wrong spark plug in my 2003 F150. 2. They did not find the problem that my coils did not have the proper pigtail connections. 3. When I went back to get my $55 for their inspection, the manager was absolutely so nasty to me that my Garmin watch told me that I was having unusual heart activity.
