I recently visited the Firestone location in Braselton, Georgia, after a flat tire. I spoke with the manager, Philip, seeking a professional assessment. While Philip’s technical assessment was correct—confirming the tire was damaged from the flat—the interaction left much to be desired. Initially, before seeing the tire, I was told, “We don’t sell bad tires,” dismissing my concern. Philip insisted that I must have driven on it flat. The firestone workers were very nice and respectful. They were fast and efficient! Definitely recommend!
Took excellent care of me in bad situation another place left me in will be purchasing all my tires from Phillip at this location from here on out!
