Chris at the service desk was outstanding, came to this location from Houston, TX, visiting my parents in Arkansas and my mother mention concerns about getting some work on her vehicle. Looked up nearest Firestone and scheduled an appointment. Provided Chris a list of maintenance items for her vehicle. Long story short, Chris provided updates; coupons for services and estimate of price, just and all-around good person and we even enjoyed a comment about fashion choices. I called them this morning, about getting a tire replaced. They were the only store, in Central Arkansas, to have it in stock. They got it replaced, within an hour of me showing up. Great friendly service. I highly recommend this Benton store.
The employees were friendly and got my truck in right away. They explained the process in detail, and seemed genuinely honest. The pricing for tires was in line with what I was expecting, and I'll certainly be a return customer. This was a FAR better experience than the chaos of Discount Tire, and the pricing was the same.
I brought my truck in to have the Serpentine Belt replaced. Prior to my visit I priced a Premium Serpentine Belt for around $45 dollars. However the female Manager working the desk training a male coworker instructed him to sell me a Generic replacement part, which is why I was extremely shocked when the female Manager told me my total is $188.00 dollars!!
