Sal was very professional and knowledgeable. He also ensured I understood exactly what maintenance needs my car would have in the future. His team got me in and out in a timely manner while still ensuring everything I asked was completed correctly. I’ll definitely be returning to purchase my tires within the next few months. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a location that will take care of your vehicle, without pushing any unnecessary services.
The guys at the front were welcoming and friendly. I got an appt. for first thing following morning and they showed me the problem, ordered the tire and put it on that afternoon.
I’ve attempted to use this fire stone store two times both times they have some story that they can’t do at tire mount today. It’s too late in the day i’m not staying over to do a tire of course it’s a five minute job and does it have stickers on it ? What do you mean stickers I can’t work on a car without stickers. I obviously will never go back to that Firestone or probably any Firestone
Chris at Firestone was so helpful today. He helped with low tire pressure from the cold temperatures. I have been constantly impressed with this business but their customer service today took it over the top. Thanks for watching out for our community and being honest whenever I have needed help.
Got appointment quick, easy to use my trucks warranty, they got everything that needed to be fixed approved through warranty company. No hidden extras or out of pocket costs. Truck was done when they said it would be. Very friendly staff.
