Great service, military discount, and great timing
Hugo and Sam are two of the most honest and knowledgeable mechanics I have encountered. I highly recommend this Firestone to my friends and family. I bring all three of my family cars to them for service.
They took care of me without an appointment, on a sunday!
Had a weekend appt for new tires (they had in stock) When I got there they didn’t have the tires / could have them next day or sell me better ones $80 more per tire. Manager called to apologize which I appreciate. But they should verify they have items in stock the day before appointments to avoid wasting everyone’s time. I will not return. If you have an appt call before driving there…
Sam is the best and most knowledgeable manager. He is currently at the Camariilo location, but we want him back in Thousand Oaks.
