I had a very bad experience at the Firestone location on Arneill Road. I paid for a brand-new tire, but I believe I was sold a previously damaged or improperly handled tire. When I raised my concerns, the staff behaved very rudely and made me feel as though they were trying to discourage me from complaining. The tire also appears to be unbalanced, causing the vehicle to feel unstable while driving.
