Firestone has came through for me twice in the past. First I had a bolt in the tire but got there around close. They said to come back the next day but the person with me had pulled the bolt out already. Thankful they started late and put a new tire on so we didn't end up stranded. The second time my alternator went out. We called on a Sunday and it was in the shop and repaired by 5pm the same day. They will hang up on you and when you get through to someone you're informed they don't do valve stem replacement
