Went to Firestone today with a flat tire, they addressed the situation quickly and professionally with good customer service. Nicholas, Skyler and Jesse did a great job, as well as the rest of the team. We will definitely be back.

Had a great experience at Firestone! Nicholas, Skyler, and Jessie were all super helpful and friendly. We came in because we had a tire that needed to be plugged, and they took care of us quickly and professionally. They were very nice, explained everything, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Really appreciate Nicholas, Skyler, and Jessie taking the time to help us out and get us back on the road. Great customer service and a great team! We’ll definitely be coming back.

Skyler (the front office young man) was very thorough & helpful, explained everything, offered a payment situation on a credit card, etc. Had water pump replaced, A/C coolant added, replacement of cabin & air filters, general vehicle inspection. Also they were faster than the initial time quoted. In addition I had a battery replaced with them the week before, at that time Skyler was again extremely helpful, the staff was fast & thorough.
