We were traveling from NY to NC and needed help ASAP to fix our brake on our truck. We didn’t know the area or who could help us on a Friday afternoon. Spoke to Melody and she told us to bring it right in. Craig knew what needed to be done and ordered the parts. Our truck was fixed within a few hours and we were back on the road. Safe and sound. Thanks again. Melody and Craig were amazing.
Got my 2018 delivered by Carvana with AWFUL tires, and immediately put in a claim to SilverRock for warranty. Firestone, and ESPECIALLY Melody, worked very hard to get this all done at no cost to me under the warranty. Took three days to get it done, but I am forever grateful. Will continue to use this Firestone location for regular maintenance work outside of the Subaru dealership. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Did a really good job fixing my car when the radiator and cooling system blew up in my car. Josh was really professional to work with and was even nice enough to show and explain everything wrong with the old components and what went wrong. Would definitely recommend these guys, they do a really good job getting you the best deals they can.
