Two months ago I purchased a new tire from Firestone. This week the new tire started losing about 10psi every day. I called to see if I could bring it by to have someone look at it. Unfortunately, but true to form for Firestone, they couldn’t help me for days. After arguing and pleading my case, I finally got an appointment for two days later.
