Went in for a State Inspection on my last century vehicle. The manager at the store was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, answering my questions and making me feel at ease about driving such an old car. They had to remove some parts to pass inspection, and when I purchased new ones on my own they installed them to where my vehicle is now in original condition. Really nicely done, Firestone!

Friendly staff and inspected my car the same day that I dropped it off.
Took my Tesla in for a tire rotation and Stone S.the service manager was very helpful. He continued to update me on the service of my car and he also advised me as when I was going to need tires. He looked up the price and advised which ones I would need when the time came. The customer service was outstanding.
