After being to several tire stores in my life I’ve never had such excellent service as I’ve had at Firestone Hudson. The manager Justin Carmody was extremely helpful. He took his time and explained everything. He is honest transparent and very knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond. Justin is a rare gem of an employee. He will always keep me coming back!!
I love taking my Honda CRV to this location. Today I had issues with my wiper arm. I'm pretty sure I knew what the issue was. The guys at Firestone took great care of me, tightened the loose bolt, and didn't charge me a thing. I have only experienced great service and pricing at this location. The service people are great. This is why I keep going back. I appreciate each and every one there and their hard work. Way to go, team Firestone!
We were traveling to the area and began having troubles north of Columbus. We were able to book an appointment late at night for the next morning. We called at 7 am when they opened. They were courteous and helpful and were able to make all repairs same day! We were overly impressed and they saved our trip. It could have been much more stressful!
I consistently use Firestone in Hudson for my vehicles. Reasonable pricing and excellent service. The team there is great, knowledgeable and extremely fair. They don’t try to find problems, they try to honestly help you. They get me in quick, service quick, and keep my vehicles running smooth. Will always be a customer of theirs!
