Justin and Mike were phenomenal. Came in for a brake flush, tire rotation and wheel alignment. Ended up needing a custom bolt made which they did in-house themselves. Customer service was phenomenal and didn't feel like they were talking down to me at anytime or up-selling something I didn't need. A+ Experience and definitely my new go-to Firestone location.
Got towed in first thing in the morning on a Sunday, still were able to take care of all my needs. Justin gave a masterclass of customer service, this shop saved the day.
I took my car to another garage and the garage did a bad job at getting rid of my mild shaking in the tires. I brought my care to this garage. My satisfaction is 20 stars not 5 stars. I got the wheel alignment and tires balanced for an extremely reasonable price. So I talked to the service writer about the 60,000 miles maintenance that needs to be done shortly.
