As always service was great and prompt. It was a late call for a flat tire and Brandon made a great effort to get us on the schedule, replace the tire. It's nice to see this kind of caring. Thanks
We are SO thankful to service advisor Brandon and technician Dante who helped us during a storm when our Nissan Rogue started flooding from a leaking moonroof. We were on a road trip and stopped in at 5 pm to ask if they could use compressed air to blow out the moonroof weep holes before they closed at 7 pm. They were game to give it a try, and also found a disconnected bracket that likely was contributing to poor water drainage. It did the trick and we were bone dry for the next 24 hours of solid rain. Justin and his team are some of the nicest people I have ever. They are super thorough and explained to you what exactly it is that’s going on with your car. Not only did he explain it to me and give me a price. He actually came in below the price he gave me after moving some things around and seeing that other things did not need replaced. Car was dying out while driving, and no check engine light! But they were able to locate the issue and also gave me a break on diagnostics! Very transparent, great conversations and reasonable prices 👍 👏 I have trust in my car again and definitely a permanent customer! The manager and associates are great!
