Awful experience. Made an online appointment for an oil change a little less than a week in advance. I recieved a confirmation to the appointment via email. Upon arrival the older man with glasses says that my scheduled time wasnt confirmed and that it was in a separate queueing page. He then says that he's so busy and cant take walk in so he rescheduled me 4 days later and takes my info. Walked in today to see if they could get me in for an alignment. The guy manning the counter had this condescending attitude and told maybe if I leave it for the entire day. I then asked if I make an appointment and around how long an alignment takes (which is a valid question) and the guy and a customer start smirking and laughed like that was the most hilarious question.
