UPDATE: Management responded on Google, but never responded when I emailed them. "MY PRICING CONCERNS!?" $437 for a 10 minute spark plug change should be ANYONE's pricing concern. I'm downgrading my star rating. I brought my 2019 Chevy Trax to check a knocking, clicking sound in the engine. The mechanic diagnosed the problem correctly and in a timely manner. Great service! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
I'm always able to get in and get an oil change for my company car, same day, without an appointment. I only recently discovered that I could actually make an appointment instead of arriving when the doors open and hoping to get it in that day. Friendly employees and a comfortable waiting area, when I need it, but also a great location with easy access to shops and restaurants so I can get out and walk around when I don't know how long it will take. I go out of my way to get my fleet vehicle serviced at this location.
