Have been trying to buy 4 new tires and these people won’t even call me back to set up an appointment! Their $1000.00 loss….my disappointment…….what terrible service.

I had Hanz as my Service Technician and Customer Service Rep. He did such an awesome job. There were only two people working today (Sunday) so I am glad I made an appointment in advance. He was answering phones, assisting customers, working on my vehicle and even delt professionally with the other service Tech who was yelling at him because the other tech was frustrated that he had so much to do. Do not use firestone 207 conley rd columbia , they take advantage of young college kids. My daughter took her car into firestone and was told she needed an o2 sensor replaced. We were charged $604.70 to complete the work. The work was completed and we were told the engine was misfiring. Needed a tune up with spark plugs. We were told it would cost $1000 for the tune up. We picked up the car without doing a tune up, and o2 sensor codes were still showing. Took car to local shop in Columbia. They replaced the correct o2 sensor... read more
