Do not use firestone 207 conley rd columbia , they take advantage of young college kids. My daughter took her car into firestone and was told she needed an o2 sensor replaced. We were charged $604.70 to complete the work. The work was completed and we were told the engine was misfiring. Needed a tune up with spark plugs. We were told it would cost $1000 for the tune up. We picked up the car without doing a tune up, and o2 sensor codes were still showing. Took car to local shop in Columbia. They replaced the correct o2 sensor... read more
They take advantage of young college kids and they scammed me. I took my car to them because O2 sensor codes were coming up. They said they replaced the sensor and charged me a ridiculous amount but when I got my car back the engine light and the codes never disappeared. I had dropped my car back off the next day to let them look at it they proceeded to tell me I had a cylinder misfire code.
