This Firestone is employees IHS workers. The front desk man with the pony tail is very ignorant and rude. I had to take my vehicle elsewhere. Don’t expect fast convenient services here at all.
We where traveling when a tire started to shed, Google said they where open on Sunday, made it half hour before closing ( even stayed after closing to finish ),they helped us get back on the road and to our adventures. Thank you Firestone

I originally went to the location for a tire balance issue. During the balance they inspected the rear tires and discovered a tire that was likely to dramatically fail real soon and was the main cause of the sudden poor ride. I had to buy a new tire to resolve that issue. The service during installation was excellent. The staff kept me informed during the installation. The new tire was... expensive and more than I wanted to pay, but I had no choice. The tire was $60 less on a very popular, famous number 1 online retail site.... read more
Pleasant efficient service, lucky to be seen on short notice on a busy day. I really would have been stuck if they hadn't been able to service my car. That's the second time I've been there -- great experience both times!
