Appointment at 8am, left at 10:30am, drove down a few blocks, heard noise from right side of truck. Pulled over, weights hanging off the inside of the tire, tires were rotated n balanced. Had to go back to store and wait again!!!! So upset 😡 😪 😢 😞 😫
Summer, 2025. Had a flat. Put the flat in the trunk. Set an appointment to have it fixed, ordered a replacement tire from TireRack to fullfill the requirements of the road hazard policy. due to road hazard warrenty limitations, our Firestone here in Gallup was the only one that worked with TireRack.com. Appointment was at 8am. My wife went and arrived early. She waited for about two and a half hours for a simple tire swap. 1 single tire. Anyhow.
