Phil is an outstanding employee, had a alignment done here on several other vehicles. I brought my own 4 tires to install so they would all match. I asked to keep the old tires because one was new just not same tire tread. When I came to pick up vehicle, Trever was the service manager. When I asked for the old tires, Trever walked to back and sent Phil to talk to me. Trever never came back out to talk and resolve the situation. Phil took care of the situation. I’ve went to 3 different shops all them told me the same thing and wasn’t really willin to find a solution to my problem. I called and spoke to Jeffrey!!, I came.. started explaining my situation Jeffrey explained and went to go see if he could work sum magic and he did 10/10 And Trevor! Nobody was willing to take my drain plug out bc of how damaged it was and basically kept telling me I’ll have to get a new drain pan to even do a oil change bc of how messed up it was anyways I came here and I left satisfied
