Josh and his guy helped us when no one else in Columbia, MO would! Including the local Chevrolet Dealer!!! We are forever grateful! We were on the road from a trip out West hauling motorcycles and had a valve leaking in our tire causing us to have to pull off an exit every 35-70 miles to air up. Josh got us right in, 1st thing in the morning after our stay here and got us taken care of within 30 minutes! Highly recommend this Firestone for all your vehicle needs!!!
Have been trying to buy 4 new tires and these people won’t even call me back to set up an appointment! Their $1000.00 loss….my disappointment…….what terrible service.
I had Hanz as my Service Technician and Customer Service Rep. He did such an awesome job. There were only two people working today (Sunday) so I am glad I made an appointment in advance. He was answering phones, assisting customers, working on my vehicle and even delt professionally with the other service Tech who was yelling at him because the other tech was frustrated that he had so much to do.
