Purchased 2 new tires as front tires had outside wear. When both making appt and dropping car requested alignment, check for other causes of wear (ie worn suspension components and possible tps issue). Confirmed new tires would go on rear as is industry standard. Picked up car - new tires on front and had to request copy of alignment report. Alignment report showed no issue that would explain tire wear. Asked about suspension review - got a blank stare. Specifically asked about tire rods and other components. Got a blank sta... read more
Spoke to staff before sale started and was advised coming the next week. I thought that was very nice to tell me about. Answered all questions and printed off info so I could make a decision on tires. Added headlight cover restoration. Couldn't be more pleased.
