The winterville store in NC gives excellent service care is very happy and works magnificently
Wish there was a NO STAR option!! Firestone is the worst place you can take your vehicle for repairs! My daughter took her vehicle in last month for a minor oil leak and they swore they fixed the issue, but it was leaking more oil than when we took it in when they called us to pick it up. The store manager tells my daughter that it’s okay to drive it just keep oil in it! Oil was literally pouring out of it.I couldn’t believe they told my daughter to drive it this way! Scheduled an 11 am appointment to have tires replaced and an alignment completed. They took the appointment and even called to confirm. It is 3 pm and I am still waiting. They said they were short staffed and that very well may be but they knew that when I made the appointment so you should have denied it. I called Firestone in Winterville at 4:58 PM on a Friday, just before closing, about a tire that had suddenly started leaking. I explained that I needed it fixed as soon as possible so my wife could safely drive while I was at work. Without hesitation, they got the vehicle in the very next day. The team was incredibly helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance, but when I showed up, they claimed they had no record of it. I ended up waiting over 6 hours before they even started working on my vehicle. The guy at the front desk said they were understaffed, but that doesn’t excuse the poor communication. I’m really disappointed—especially since I booked ahead expecting reliable service.
