Great employees and service. I've gone there several times
I had a great experience. They were super helpful and straight forward.
Was stranded in the Kroger parking lot nearby, but Firestone in Bartonville came to the rescue! Customer service was 10/10, the man who helped me was so kind and helpful! I know where I’m going to get my next oil change!
Such a bad experience today at this location, firstly they try to charge me full amount for the tire replacement even after having insurance and original tire from them. With just driven 27k out of 80k miles warranty. And Then get a lousy return and basically pay almost full tire value with road hazard coverage added again. To top it all off they do not even have the tools available to put the spare tire back to its place and ask me to either go back to Costco or dealership to put it back again..... Simply wow!
