Took my car there to get an alignment after I replaced a lot of the suspension Parts. Was told it was liability because I worked on the car last. Do y’all tell customers with a new car to take it back to the manufacturer where it was last worked on? Was also told I had a leaking brake caliper. I never thought I’d be writing a negative review, but I strongly recommend avoiding this Firestone location. After living in the area for over 20 years, I’ve never encountered this level of disrespect from any local business. I was charged $140 for a basic WO-20 synthetic oil change after being belittled, mocked, and talked down to by one of the staff members. The experience was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
