I had a great experience at the Firestone ash location in escondido ca. The Firestone attendant (junior) was incredibly helpful, professional, and patiently explained the issues my car was having and helped me resolve alot of them all while providing excellent customer service. I usually dread places such as these however this turned out to be a positive informative experience. I will definitely start bringing my car in for all its maintenance and any other issues. Thank you Firestone (junior) in escondido ca
First time here at this location. They were very kind and helpful. They also have a free giveaway of car cleaning kits, when you sign up for free. Check them out
Good place to take your car i. For service. From something as easy as a flat tire to engine work. Very helpful staff. They have seating inside with a TV if you want to wait. And they are even open on the weekends .
Nice folks, good job ..."in and out" without burger, but fixed car
Always taking good care of their customers and got me on and out quickly
