I brought my truck in to have the Serpentine Belt replaced. Prior to my visit I priced a Premium Serpentine Belt for around $45 dollars. However the female Manager working the desk training a male coworker instructed him to sell me a Generic replacement part, which is why I was extremely shocked when the female Manager told me my total is $188.00 dollars!! Wonderful service. Chris took great care to explain the maintenance options, pricing and my wishes about how to move forward afterward. Always great people and display adequate professionalism. Not many places like this do you feel the transparency with how they go about their business.
The service writer had the best customer service skills. He was extremely polite, legitimately concerned and helpful in making our dilemma as easy as possible for us. During our wait, it was obvious a caller was being everything but nice. Kurt was calm and collective. He responded with accurate empathy and did his best to try to meet the needs of the unreasonable customer over the phone. He never once showed any agitation. My wife found a nail in her tire, took it to them and they got it patched right away. The next day I went and got tires put on, they got me in right away. The staff called me with updates. They were very quick and professional. Will definitely go back.
Got a set of 4 tires at a very fair price. Got roadside assistance, alignment check and tire rotations all in one package. Victoria was super helpful and kind. They will get my service again!
