They did not seem to know what they were doing. First, the tire balancing machine was broken and then after waiting 2 hours, they told me that they couldn't mount the tires they had ordered for me because one of the tires broke their mounting machine. They made a big deal out of it being difficult to mount street tires on an 18 inch wheel. They suggested I call a different tire shop to have the tires mounted. The service manager Kristin was very helpful and professional! She gave us a great price on a balance and rotation even though we hadn't bought the tires here!

Service and responses were prompt, and everybody was clear and understanding with my problem.
David the store manager is so knowledgeable, friendly and actually cares about his customers. This was a breath of fresh air after dealing with another tire store ( not Firestone ) off of university. Firestone delivered perfectly and I highly recommend this store. And they came in $180 less for a better tire 70k mi warranty. Go see David and you'll get treated like family!
