I called him and asked him to do a tractor tire small tractor hour and a half left in the bus said no because he wants to get off early because of Father’s Day so Firestone will never get my service
I was on my way to Michigan when my car notified me that my tire was losing air pressure. I searched up a tire repair shop, this place came up, I called and they said we could come right away! It was such an easy interaction and such a relief being able to replace the tire so fast. Would most definitely recommend to anyone in the area. Edit- Thanks for the help on the phone Mark!

I woke up Sunday morning to go somewhere had a flat tire I went to several places and being on Sunday they were closed I went to this Firestone and it was open they fixed my flat and I'm so thankful for them to be open Mark was very friendly cordial I will definitely come back if I need help again thank you for staying open and being open for my emergency
Customer Service was great. The team did a wonderful job on my truck. I'm very happy with the work. It is like driving a new truck.
