One car had an oil change the other car had a flat tire repair we had great customer service quick customer service very reasonable prices
Great service from Ricky. Way better then the last manager...
Took my car in for an oils change and worked with Daniel. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and able to help me get speedy service. This is a great team and will plan on taking my car back for future needs.
UPDATE: 1/26/26: I followed up with a trip to the Firestone shop to get my documents and re-test an item. I also had the time to understand the longer term vision of the shop from their manager (Ricky). I was impressed with the help to retest and also the vision and steps being taken now to improve the quality of service and customer service in the future. Thank you for your efforts Ricky.. Came in last minute needing a full set of tires and Daniel immediately helped me out and got them replaced within the hour. Fastest service I’ve had for my tires!
