Provided Incorrect diagnosis and tried to change for services that were not needed. Difficult to trust if the idea is to exploit customer.
Be persistent when filing a claim. After you file the claim the store manager will go into the system and remove the claim so it never makes it to upper management. But don’t give up. After the 4th claim it will finally make it to the Bridgestone corporate claims office and this is when you will finally get results. This store caused over $3,100 in damages after purchasing and installing our set of tires. We gave the store 3 chances to do repairs but they kept adding to the damages.
