My wife took her car to Firestone for a tire rotation and oil change. When we arrived, the team discovered that the previous Firestone location in Rogers had stripped the studs on one of her wheels, making it impossible to complete the rotation. She scheduled to have her studs replaced the next day, however, upon arriving to her appointment, she was notified that another car had came in needing studs and they gave that car her studs, causing her to wait an extra hour. A different shop messed up my car without me knowing, luckily this shop was kind enough to let me know and had enough integrity to walk me through the issues and to help me find a solution. They we knowledgeable and compassionate. As a woman, some shops take advantage of our lack of knowledge and prey on our insecurities, this shop is NOT like this!
