Very fast, professional and great service!
Brought my pickup in with a busted brake line hose. They quoted almost $1,500 for the repair saying it would only take an hour, and the majority of the cost was parts from the dealer and next day shipping. I stepped outside, called the dealer, and those same parts delivered the next day were $260. So I paid my $42 diagnostic fee and split. They said I needed a new brake hose and caliper. Came in to get a wheel alignment. Was told my tie rods were seized and they could not remove it. They wanted $900 to replace them. I declined the service but was charge $30 for an "inspection" which I never asked for.
Very expensive. Poor customer care. Didn’t fix the problem I brought the car in for. Didn’t even apologize. Seems just like a chain and burn tire shop.
The team here completely dismissed me and my concerns. I spent a significant amount of money with this location to repair an old car, then was having the same issues shortly afterward. When I took it back in a few months later, I was told that too much time had passed since the service for them to take any responsibility for it. When they did additional repairs (on the same parts they had supposedly replaced) and I asked them to walk me through what they did so that I can be more knowledgeable, they refused and mocked me.
