Wouldn’t install brand new tires, bought online from tire rack. But thankfully the location off of pleasant grove in Roger’s was more than happy to install them for me. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this location. Poor customer service.
The service was performed accurately and quickly. The employs were very courteous. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I feel the price was high for an oil change, compared to other places offering the same service in the area.
Went in today to have a tire fixed and as I’m pulling up to one of the bays, guy starts shaking his head and waving me off, then pulls the chain across. So I left and went to Walmart.
If you do business with this firestone make SURE you get a quote in writing before agreeing to anything. I was not told of the 41 .40 charges per tire for road hazard ( event though the manager insists he did). He did NOT. This was a very unpleasant experience so do yourself a favor and don't go to the Bentonville firestone.
When you walk in and the phone is ringing non-stop, the 2 guys working on a Sunday knee deep in oil changes and other car issues you kind of expect short curt service and a rushed experience. Not on this day and not here, the 2 gentlemen here are rockstars and deserve a raise. They jumped right into it with my wife's van, got what I needed that fit in my budget.
