Came in to get a wheel alignment. Was told my tie rods were seized and they could not remove it. They wanted $900 to replace them. I declined the service but was charge $30 for an "inspection" which I never asked for.
Very expensive. Poor customer care. Didn’t fix the problem I brought the car in for. Didn’t even apologize. Seems just like a chain and burn tire shop.
The team here completely dismissed me and my concerns. I spent a significant amount of money with this location to repair an old car, then was having the same issues shortly afterward. When I took it back in a few months later, I was told that too much time had passed since the service for them to take any responsibility for it. Made my reservation directly with the store, showed up for my appointment, the shop was operating on time, it took less than 30 minutes to determine my AC issue, they made the repair, and we were out of the shop in less than an hour...
On line promised rebates and discount program linked to new Firestone credit card application confusing and cumbersome. Dealer did not give it to me. Said I have to apply to credit card company for the rebates and discount. I was charged on the repair order for something I never asked for, namely Road Hazard Protection on my new tire purchase. Added the cost on without my permission and would not remove unless I came back into the store with my credit card. Total pain and cost me time and money.
