I had a great experience at the Firestone in Escondido, thanks to the manager, Katlyn. She provided excellent customer service. Very friendly and welcoming
It was easy to get an appt. Price was same as qouted and time frame was correct. Liz was great on the phone and very accurate. Tip midday during the week they are less crowded. Got a same day appt.
I don't know where to begin. From the outstanding professionalism from Katlyn and her team to the timely manner everything got fixed. Highly recommend 10/10 in my book. Thank you.
