I had such a great experience at Firestone Auto Care! I went in for an oil change and they also did a full inspection of my car. The team was super friendly and professional — no pushy sales tactics at all, just honest feedback about what needed to be fixed. The GM personally helped me, which really stood out. They even replaced a worn drain plug that other shops had messed up in the past, and they didn’t make a big deal about it — they just took care of it.
