My roadside assistance towed me to Firestone because they do not change tires on the freeway. I called Firestone to explain I was waiting on tow truck and I spoke with Christina I was very frantic and she was amazing and said they would stay open and wait for me! It’s rare to get such customer service. The tech Mekko also stayed after hours on the hottest day so far this year. I am just so thankful and if I could give 10 stars I would.

Edit to add: It has also been found that a left CV axel was installed on the right side of the car causing the axel shaft seal to leak. If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been the most frustrating automotive repair experience I've ever had. Over the course of nearly two months, this location had my vehicle almost every week, often for 1–3 days at a time. I've been here 3 hours and still haven't gotten my car in. Just needed a flat repair could have told me they couldn't do it today and I could've have go somewhere else. Terrible service

This visit to Firestone was very pleasant and productive. I was impressed with the courteous and helpful attitude of the employee I dealt with. My job was a walk-in tire check and repair and was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I was very pleased with my experience at Firestone. Thank you very much!

I'm not going to take the time to type out the long message that I just sent to this Firestone store directly. But in short, they lied about what was wrong with my vehicle and quoted me almost double the price of two other Firestone stores that I called in order to verify my suspicions.
