Walked in today to see if they could get me in for an alignment. The guy manning the counter had this condescending attitude and told maybe if I leave it for the entire day. I then asked if I make an appointment and around how long an alignment takes (which is a valid question) and the guy and a customer start smirking and laughed like that was the most hilarious question. We made an appointment ahead of time. Everyone was nice and the service was quick. I had brake inspection and an oil change done.
I was able to get an appointment the same day. I needed my 2 rear sensors replaced. The staff was friendly fast and completed the work efficiently. I feel cared for by the staff!
