Jack and the crew are always great!
This past Thursday I was in a bind with my car. Long story. I’m from PA and called around different places and as I expected places couldn’t do anything for me late in the day before a holiday. I called Firestone and talked to Steve and explained to him my situation. He graciously said to bring it in and they’d get me in. Had it not been for a couple hiccups in getting correct parts I’d have been out of there before they closed at 7pm. Anyway correct parts arrived today and they squared me away. I walked in without an appointment coming from the Toms River area with a tire that started losing air on the parkway. Matt was very helpful. Told me there would be a 2 hr wait. I understood and was prepared to wait. Much to my pleasant surprise he had my tire fixed and ready to go in less than an hour. Thank you Matt. Great customer service.
One of the worst places ever due to poor ocustomer service and rude treatment by some man likely the manager. He didn’t have the time to help us and pushed us away like we weren’t his “regular” guys. .Don’t need you Firestone because we went to a very nice place nearby called “Cameys” who provided us with perfect gentlemanly quality customer service right away and fixed our issue.
