Great customer service and honesty!
There’s a very professional staff that puts the customer first! The manager has been outstanding with me, takes the time to explain everything as do his staff! I have never had a bad experience with the Hudson Firestone! The manager and his staff are to be commended for their customer service. Even before I moved here to Northeast Ohio and was here visiting my family. I had to take my car there for something doing with the tires And even then several years ago I had outstanding service! This place overcharges and try to give you parts you don't need for your car.... I took my car to them and they looked it over and on the paper it said a little over 6,000 in repairs. I figured that was way too high & didn't make sense so I took it to my personal mechanic and he fixed my car for a little over $700. Help me make that make sense this place is only after your money and overcharges three times the amount it should cost don't waste your money here💯
