Highly Recommend due to the staff. My service consultant was awesome. I came here after a falling out with my previously preferred shop. They performed what I asked for in the window they committed to with no surprises.
I came in with a burned out headlight not really sure if this was something that first I could do or not the manager there was very kind Willy Harris and he helped me get my headlight replaced and get on my way safely
INEXPERIENCED MECHANICS AND ABSURD PRICING . DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE UNLESS YOU NEED VERY VERY SIMPLE WORK DONE (Even then id hesitate) 1) 1 year ago I had brake issues and they misdiagnosed the issue and charged me over $1,000 for the work. 1 week after the work, my trucks brakes completely stopped working when i was 4hr away from home. 2) Get truck towed 1 hr away to a 2nd firestone location where they replaced a different part. Had a tractor tire that had gone flat and was off the rims. Took it by a competitor and they refused to even look at it because it wasn’t a typical automobile tire. These guys took my tire straight in and was able to re-seed and get it back in business in less than 5 minutes. They wouldn’t even charge me. Needless to say they easily won over a new customer today. I will be back soon for my automotive needs. Thank you!
