This is the Firestone store that I always use. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I dropped off my Tacoma for an oil change and tire rotation. It was ready earlier than expected and when I arrived to pick it up the manager was at the door with my keys. (He must have known I was in a hurry). If I’m not changing my oil myself, this is where I go. These guys are great. I’m very pleased with my service.
I took my SUV to Firestone for an alignment and tire rotation. The invoice shows that both services were performed, but the tires are still in the same positions, and I wasn't given the "before and after" report; honestly, I don't know if they actually did the alignment.
This team is always spectacular—not only in the speed and quality of their work, but also in their customer service and pricing. As for value, my best friend and I happened to compare notes over lunch yesterday. He had recently purchased practically the same style of tires from a discount tire store and paid approximately $200 more than I did (with a coupon!!!). The Hull Street Road location is always worth the extra ten minute drive for its excellent customer service. They are always willing to help out their regulars and I trust their judgment 100% of the time knowing my car is in great hands.
