We've been going to this location for years. The Team there has always been responsive, offered added maintenance services and products. Always very kind and polite. A few years ago, we purchased a new vehicle. We still bring our new vehicle here for our preventative maintenance and annual check ups. We recently purchased 4 new tires for our new vehicle. We're very satisfied with this location, its services, and especially the Team members. Thank you, April for all you do for Firestone!
Hands down, the only place I will continue to take my vehicle. After 18 yesrs with Dave dance (now Titan auto,) I have officially made the switch and im so happy to have found them! My battery was acting all sorts of whack and they didn't question me for having my mini poodle with me in the shop. They even played with her, squeezed me in and was prompt! Could have replaced a starter that didn't need to be, instead was honest that the problem was with a cable. April was patient, experienced, and helpful. We try things like Jiffy Lube, Grease Monkey, etc. at times, but every experience we've had at Firestone has been professional and reasonably priced. We're done with Groupons and mail order discounts. So much easier to know who can do the work and that you won't be gouged. I've never encountered an "attitude" here either. They've earned our business.
I was asked, what can we do for you today specifically, and that’s what was done. No quesrtions or add on recommendations. Unlike Lake Harbour Drive. I was in and out in under an hour, unlike Lake Harbour Drive which was 3 hours.
