Showed up when the store opens at 8:00 pouring rain outside. Door was still locked the guy is sitting there on the computer watching me standing outside in the rain. I give him a minute until I knock on the window and he tells me to wait. Bad customer service. You see me out in the rain like his clicking on the computer couldn't wait.
Waiting over 2 hours to get 2 tires replaced even with having a set appointment time wasn’t ideal, however the team was professional and kind. They were short staffed and super busy but they kept it together well. Neil kept me in the loop on the status of my vehicle and kept great conversation.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! CONSISTENTLY! Staff does an excellent job of solving the problem. My mechanic there is the best and so very knowledgable. Nice location with other stores to walk to. Great team from front desk to mechanic. Thank you Firestone Portage!
I cannot say enough about the kindness, compassion and efficiency of the staff. I needed new tires about 1.5 hours into a 14-hour drive. I'd already been to two broken air machines, an auto parts store, and a tire place that didn't have my tires in stock. I've never needed new tires before and didn't even know what to do. It was very hot out, and I had my cat and a freezer bag with refrigerated meds with me. I called Firestone and they told me to come right over and they'd take care of us.
