This place is a joke. Don’t bother making an appointment - they won’t hold to it. They confirmed their business hours of 9-7 on Google 8 weeks ago yet they’re not open until 7 pm any day of the week - 6 pm. They can’t even get their own business hours correct.. that should say everything. The guy who is transitioning at the front desk doesn’t know any customer service. These are the worst mechanics in Bentonville... pretended to fix my 4x4 differential, charging $1,500 for work never completed... leaving the axle ring in saying they removed even after showing pics from other shop who actually completed the work. Then they would not refund our hard earned $ for the crappy work. We had to go and pay another shop that fixed it like professionals.... these people are rude and will not refund your money for embarrassing bad work by their mechanics... their corpoRATe bosses won't return our call... read more
