Very disappointed with the service at this Firestone in Bentonville. My wife went in looking for help with a tire issue, and the staff was extremely unhelpful and unkind. They wouldn’t even take a look at the tire or offer any path forward. She left without any assistance and felt completely dismissed. Total waste of time — we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.
Worst experience I have ever had in Arkansas. Staff is rude and doesn’t provide any information. Took over 5 hrs for brake pads and a oil change
Not a good place to take your car. I got an oil change and they did a vehicle inspection, I asked them to test the battery because the car would sometimes not start. They said they tested it and that the battery had no issue. They either lied or their testing equipment does not work. Because my next stop after picking up groceries, my car wouldn’t start again. I brought my car to the Midas car shop down the street and got another test and they confirmed the battery was bad, so I had to buy a new battery. Don’t trust the work... read more
