Just had my service done today and Arnold took care of me with premium service. If needing service or just a check up definitely swing by to see Arnold.
My car was having trouble with a few minor repairs. I decided to head to this location because of my previous experiences they are always great help. From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted by Arnold he was very fast and efficient at providing great customer service. He was able to help diagnose my car issues and was very quick to help. Thanks for your hard work it! Firestone needs more hard working employees like Arnold . Thanks once again !

Amazing customer service! I called and Arnold answered the phone he was very kind and knowledgeable and took his time to answered all my questions never once tried to rush me off the phone. When I went to the shop he helped me out we told me what they would be doing and how long it could take, the team got my alignment done in a timely manner. There was no trying to up sale me. I would go again and I would highly recommend Firestone to my friends and family.
I popped my tire and had never had that happened before. So, my boyfriend brought me here and the service was not only speedy but was reasonably priced with friendly service. I would definitely recommend.
