Tim was great! Took his time to explain and show us about tires. Got 4 new tires and lifetime warranty
Called in on a Sunday for availability, and in stock tires for my vehicle. Rachel answered, and was polite and friendly throughout my whole experience! She was knowledgeable, and quick to assist, in person and over the phone. They were able to get my car a new tire, and I was in and out, in less than an hour. I definitely recommend The Firestone in Ballwin.
I made a last minute appointment on Sunday night due to one of my tires loosing air. ~5PSI overnight. Scheduled the appointment for 8AM the next day. Firestone was able to fit me in. Once I got there, the mechanic diagnosed the issue in a timely manner and recommended a tire replacement. All of this was completed in no time. I just waited at the location, and after around 30 - 45 minutes I was back on the road again. With the issue fixed.
