Christina was condescending and unapologetic when I asked her to please get the truck look at after 48 hrs of being dropped off. I took a day off work to help retrieve a wheel to expedite the project for them and when I delivered the wheel (which I asked originally for them to get) they didn’t know where the tire was which was in the truck. Took our vehicle to Firestone for an oil change and tire rotation 4 days ago. Since dropping it off, we have had to return 3 times because the vehicle is now pulling severely to the right. They charged us for an alignment yet the problem continues. Now we are being referred to a dealer to correct an issue that did not exist prior to Firestone taking possession of the car. The Firestone store off 29th in Midwest City Oklahoma has been very helpful and has stood behind there tires. They allow me to drop my vehicle off on just about any day to get serviced. They are never pushy on the services needed. I am very thankful for this store.
