The staff who attended to my car's issue was very kind. He didn't charge me for the service they did in it. I will definitely come back for future needs.
Cesar is a great worker with a great heart! We needed some air on our tires just something really basic. He was extremely busy and was working very hard but still took the time to lend us a hand. You don’t find good work ethic like this everyday. Thanks Firestone
Great service. Frank the service manager was very helpful and made sure I was taken care of. Only downside is the long wait times. They can get overbooked and it can take a while to start even with an appointment. But overall a great location.
