I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but what happened on today was ridiculous. I bring my car here specifically to get my oil changed and tires rotated. My wife scheduled back‑to‑back oil change appointments for both of our cars. We arrived on time, only to be told our appointments were never entered into the system. After being assured they could properly asses my vehicle for check engine light and potential EVAP issues, they told me there was an EVAP issue and didn’t have the necessary tools or capability of fixing it after examining my car all day. This put me in a pinch requiring me to pick it up to get to another shop before they closed with minimal time.
