Ben, the manager, and Matt, the technician, were wonderful today, as they discovered the source of lowered tire pressure on our car was a huge nail in one of our tires. They fixed it promptly and efficiently. The service and helpful assistance was far beyond anything we would expect. This Firestone store will be our “go-to” for all our tire needs in the future.

Firestone absolutely knocked it out of the park. I dropped my truck off Saturday evening, left the key in the drop box with instructions to replace the faulty starter, and half-jokingly told them they’d be rock stars if they could have it ready by noon on Sunday.
