Appointment at 10:00AM to get a tire with a leak looked at. When I checked in @ 9:45 was told they are “running a little behind.” 2.5 hours later with no updates I asked if they knew when it would be seen. Still one car in the queue ahead, so no idea. No updates, no apologies, just a shrug. Evidently I am doing them a favor by not going back since they have too much business.

It is always a pleasure to have my vehicle serviced there. The staff are amazing/ they keep me updated on the progress and they certainly live up to the standard of integrity as displayed on their billboard !⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tried to get a quote on 2 tires from a nationwide chain that doesn’t do my tires I was told. Huh very intriguing. I’m sorry you didn’t want to do your job hoss (as I was referred too in the phone call). What an absolute disappointment this location is.
