George, Monte, Bruque, & Haze are always in the waiting/check-put room servicing customers with a smile. Been coming here for 4 years & they know me by my first name now. Whenever they see me, they always saying “Hi, Ian,” without even having to check my records/appointment. They’re always friendly & accommodating! Therefore, I only come to this location to get my car serviced! Thank you, FS team!!
The lady who took care of me was nice, but unfortunately IN: 1128 am out: 224pm for an oil change is unacceptable, no matter what the reasoning is. I worked in the industry for several years so I know theres a huge variance between my experience and the standard.
I had a very pleasant experience. I was greeted promptly & professionally. I had a reasonably comfortable place to sit that was clean and the temperature was cool without being cold. I went to get and oil change & tires inspected for showing (!). Although I was a "walk in" my wait time was much longer than I expected. Bruque did an excellent job explaining tire options and making same day arrangements for us to get tires on our daughters car short notice. Much appreciated...
