The services in front desk are not ok. The first time my car was done and no one paid attention on that. After more than 25min that the car was done, I told the front desk about it and they finished the services. The second time my appointment was 5pm. At 5:45pm I realized that no one was working with my car. I asked the front desk and they said that they didn’t know when they will start the services. Great store great staff! I had my fuel pump replaced and it was one of the best experiences I have had in an auto shop. During the process it was discovered that I had an existing issue with the bracket that held my gas tank. Both the mechanic and manager (George) made sure I left with a good repair and that my vehicle was safe to drive.
Always great experience with the welcoming, service, transaction, and most importantly the vehicle satisfaction after any of your services. Never had any issues and will happily bring my vehicles in!
