The team at this Firestone location is absolutely AMAZING—such a huge improvement compared to the Altamonte location, where I was met with attitude after returning with an unresolved issue they were supposed to fix. At this location, the staff was incredibly understanding and genuinely listened to my concerns, regardless of my age or gender. I truly felt like a valued customer.
