I had a Front end Alignment appointment at 3pm. Due to the Pearl locations machine was down I had to come to Brandon. It is now 6:37 pm and they haven't even started on my vehicle its been on the rack for over 2 hours oh and they close at 7pm. After getting my truck at 7pm I then noticed my battery light is on so I had the tech come out and look. Got tires from the one in PEARL and they didn’t even balance them plus tried to charge me $1300 for something i didn’t need. So we Brought my car to the one in BRANDON -right in-front of Kroger -and they took care of everything And the people were extremely friendly I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE FIRESTONE IN BRANDON !!!!!
Joseph is the best!! He took care of my car, called me when it was ready, and also showed me what my old tires looked like! I loved it! Highly recommend Firestone Brandon !
