Got a flat in the Home Depot Parking lot and looked over and saw the Firestone! They got me in and out so I could get back to work. Great service!
This is a store with quality products. Complete Auto Care is a great name for this business. The store manager, Dustin is a very positive and caring person.
Over tightened oil drain plug and stripped it . Overtightened oil filter so tight that it caused nipple to come out of block....reason why, no gasket on the filter! Then they left oil cap off laying on the top of the engine. Im lucky these hacks didn't cause a catastrophic issue. I check these things and found it. You are at risk at this location.
The only issue is the diagnostic cost. The technicians I dealt with were excellent. Store is easy to access & the wait time was reasonable.
