This was my first visit at this location. Scott helped me out when I walked in and gave great customer service. I like this store’s appearance. They do need more help answering the phones. My jeep will need one more repair before inspection and they gave me a quote. One other great benefit is my military discount 🤏 top tier service done in under 4 hours for my struts and shocks.
Very good service
Went in for a State Inspection on my last century vehicle. The manager at the store was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, answering my questions and making me feel at ease about driving such an old car. They had to remove some parts to pass inspection, and when I purchased new ones on my own they installed them to where my vehicle is now in original condition. Really nicely done, Firestone!
Friendly staff and inspected my car the same day that I dropped it off.
