Being a woman I don't usually like taking my vehicle in for service, but not with Scott I truly trust him to tell me exactly what I need and don't need. That is a blessing!
Friendly and attentive Management and Staff. Basic services have been obtained thus far and has always been a pleasant experience. Clean waiting area with ample space. Scott and his Team were friendly and accommodating from start to finish.
Dropped my car off yesterday for a state inspection, they called early this morning with an update. They were very honest and just told me my fog light needed to be changed and would do it and let me know when it would be ready. As a woman, I appreciate the straight forwardness and honesty. Super courteous and respectful, nothing but good things to say about the experience. Thank you!
On Feb. 3rd I went there with air leaking from my LR tire. The "manager" said he couldn't look at it til the next day. I said I need to be able to drive it to work. After all I bought tires there. He suggested I go to the used tire business across street practically working out of a shed. I told him I'm going to Discount Tire and if they help me he and Firestone would never see me again.
