First visit. Firestone on Scottsdale rd and Thunderbird we callex they said they couldnt fix the flat. Thst was a sunday 3:15. They come back tomorrow 8am. We did. They szid they no appointment and the first teck would come in at 9. So we waitec till 9. Thet teck ssid they were busy and it would be at least an hr. We left called another Firestone at 90th st so got an appointment and they fixed us up. So first firestone 1 star. Second firestone 5. Michael and Teress
Ryan did a great job aligning my wife's car after rear struts were installed
Chance was great! He helped ensure getting my oil changed was the smoothest process possible. He was very kind and I felt my car was very well taken care of. This location is my new go to!
