Incompetent idiots that damaged my vehicle. Awful from start to finish. I’m filing a complaint with better business and a consumer complaint with Maricopa county and Kris Mayes office. I live in the community and will do my best to make everyone is aware of what happened to me and my vehicle while at Firestone, Cave Creek. Do yourself a huge favor with time, money and headaches- go anywhere else!

Seth, one of the auto techs was exceptionally knowledgeable, caring and very honest! He fixed everything requested and even found some issues that would have to be handled at a dealership. He could have inflated the issues and overcharged us. But he was completely open, transparent and honest about the issues a dealership would need to address! We will DEFINITELY be coming back here to this location and request Seth, if available, for all our future services!! Great Job Firestone!!
