The service manager Kristin was very helpful and professional! She gave us a great price on a balance and rotation even though we hadn't bought the tires here!
They were super awesome and helpful!
Service and responses were prompt, and everybody was clear and understanding with my problem.
David the store manager is so knowledgeable, friendly and actually cares about his customers. This was a breath of fresh air after dealing with another tire store ( not Firestone ) off of university. Firestone delivered perfectly and I highly recommend this store. And they came in $180 less for a better tire 70k mi warranty. Go see David and you'll get treated like family!
